Steam Mid Wing Chicken

Have tried this out during the weekend, quick and easy, within 0.5 hour I have settled the prepation and got ready to eat. :)


Mid wing chicken = 12
Chinese rice wine = 1tbsp

Soy Sauce = 1tbsp



1. Soak the wolfberry in hot water for few minutes.

2. Mix all ingredients together and leave it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

3. Boil water and steam chicken mixture for 15 minutes.
