My hubby took this video by using his handphone in July @ Yoyogi Koen, Tokyo. Resolution is not so good, but both of us like the music and the way they dance.
They just did not bother about the people / tourists around. They enjoy themselves very much it seems.
I doubt we will find these happen in Singapore.

Haha... the way they dance is cute! I believe if anyone dances without shirt on the street in Malaysia... there will lots of ppl gathered and watch them dance. And some will give them a sarcastic look!
That's right, I doubt anybody in Singapore will do the same.
