Stew pork rib with potato and tomato

This is my first trial with the recipe, lucky me, it tastes good, just remember do not put in too much water.

Prep Time: 30 mins
Cook Time: 40 mins
  • 1 medium size potato
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • About 200g of pork rib
  • Garlic
  • Corn starch, salt
  • 2 cups of water
  1. Marinate pork rib with corn starch and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry garlic and diced potato.
  3. Add in pork rib and continue for a few minutes.
  4. Add in water (just 2 cups) and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomato, cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
